At Swiss Arabian, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
